Out of town teams welcome, however each division will be limited to the number of out of town team spots available.

The demand for the tournament is high and we will be accepting teams based on Registration and Payment Received as well as balanced divisional numbers. Registering alone DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE. We recommend you get your payments in, either by on line Credit Card or by sending a money order. Don't be disappointed, get your registration completed today!
We will be posting teams names as they Register in the Participating Teams tab. The teams are not fully accepted until payment has been made and you receive notice of Acceptance, as well we need a Hockey Canada Roster submitted indicating that the team is a Registered AA team.
The list is Alpha sorted by division not by playing groups. Groups will be made once all registrations are completed for a division.
Rosters and Permission Forms
We understand that HCR Rosters will be issued closer to September. Please check your rosters carefully before you submit to us. Ensure all player and team officials are correctly lists as ONLY those approved on a roster will be permitted to participate. There are no exceptions.
Permission Forms- GTHL teams should be submitting to their associations a request for the tournament approval permission form. Do not wait for your Roster submission to get us this form. As soon as it is issued to you please forward to [email protected]. Please indicate Early Bird, your team name and division in subject line.
We ask that your payment be made as soon as possible, do not wait for HCR Roster or Permission forms to submit payment.
On line Registration can only held for 30 days only.
All teams will play 4 games in a Round Robin and then successfull teams will advance to Semi Finals and Championship Game.
Payment Options and Tournament Acceptance
1. Credit Card – Once form is submitted you will be redirected to a Pay Pal Payment Page.
2. Money Order/ Certified Cheque – After you Submit Form you can choose to pay on line or exit the screen and send in a Money order payment. Please note your team name, level and division on Cheque. Your payment is NOT your Confirmation of Acceptance. All accepted teams will receive a separate and distinct email “Confirming Acceptance” into the tournament.
Refund Policy
All refund requests have to be made via email to [email protected] Once your team has been accepted there will be no refunds given, unless the division is not running. Prior to acceptance a deduction of $100 will be made based on time of withdrawal. To contact our office, City of Vaughan Hockey Association 905-417-1046.
1) It is not the practice of the CVHA/Vaughan Rangers to accept teams into a division they are not Rostered to. Example, Only AA Rostered teams will be accepted in the Early Bird Tournament. If you register, pay and then you are determined not to be a AA team, you registration will be cancelled and fees refunded less Admin costs.
2) Hotel Policy:
As a term of condition for acceptance into our Tournament , Teams requiring hotels, must stay in one of the Local Host Hotels as outlined in the Tournament Hotel Tab. Should you have any issues booking with one of the Host Hotels, you must contact our Office ASAP. Acceptance to Tournament is contingent on only using Host Hotels
