CVHA HOUSE LEAGUE FEE STRUCTURE 2024-2025
Register early to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate. Don't be disappointed as spaces are limited. (This option is not available to Goalies as their fees are already discounted).
Full Fee with Early Bird Discount – The Full Fee will be discounted until July 3rd, as of July 4th only Full Fee is available. The discounted Early Bird Rate will populate at check out. The chart below outlines the Early Bird discount by division.
Goalie Fee -This year the CVHA Fee for Goalies is $400. This Fee is offered to dedicated goalies who commit to playing goalie the entire HL season. Should you register as a goalie and then you ask to play out you will be charged the balance of the registration fee at the time of the change. Should you register as a goalie and there are no goalie spaces available and you chose to participate as a player you will be charged the balance of the registration fee at the time of the change. As there are limited spaces for this position, goalies who have played this position in the past will be given preference. Important Info
All Registration must be done through Hockey Canada. Links for Registration will be posted as soon they become available.
Please refer to House League FAQ for info on start dates and other important facts.
Fee can be paid in full at time of registration.
Your child is not fully accepted into the program until you have received a Notification of Acceptance email from the CVHA office.
Late or defaulted payments, not approved by the CVHA Executive, will result in the cancellation of ALL playing Privileges for the registered player.
Vaughan residents will be given priority status when registering for House League
Age groups may be combined or separated depending on final registration numbers.

Family Discounts
We offer a 3rd Sibling Discount, meaning any family who registers three siblings within one of our City of Vaughan Hockey Association programs will receive a $200.00 discount off of the applicable rate of the youngest sibling. This also includes any Vaughan Rangers players. If your discount is not applied when you register, please contact the office.
Do not register a player who is NOT from your immediate family in order to obtain the family discount. The player will lose their spot and have to re-register and will be required to pay all associated costs prior to acceptance.
Refunds (IMPORTANT)
The following administration fees will be deducted from the original registration fee:
• $80.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds.
• $20.00 will also be deducted for credit card registrants.
If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season after the 3rd Tuesday in October, partial refunds may be granted. In these cases, the $80.00 administration fee, $50.00 jersey/sock fee and $20.00 credit card processing fee will be deducted from the full payment first. The refund will be based on the number of weeks to the end of the regular season from the date of written request is received in the CVHA Office. (Please Note: Refunds take a minimum of 4-6 weeks)
