OMHA, Alliance, NODHA, ODMHA, USA teams welcome!

We will be accepting Select Teams in the following divisions.

Minor Bantam (2006)       Bantam(2005) 

Minor Midget(2004)         Midget Jr. (2003)  

Midget Sr. (2002)             Under 21(2001-00-99)

3 game Minimum
Semi and Championships will be held on Sunday November 17th.
ALL Vaughan Rinks will be used in this Tournament. This includes, Sports Village, Al Pallidini, Woodbridge, Maple, Rosemount, Garnet Williams.

Welcome gift for each team.

Please note due to size of our Tournament we cannot take scheduling requests and cannot schedule around House League games.  Please ensure you have cleared your entire weekend from all House League activities. 

Based on the number and caliber of teams entered we will tier the following divisions to ensure competitive game play. 

Novice (2011) 
NYHL Tier 1 , OMHA AAA and MHA Gold can expect to play in Tier 1.

OMHA & Alliance A, AA & AAA Teams Welcome.

We are not planning to tier the following divisions.  Our objective is to run balanced and competitive divisions within each grouping. Should these division grow in size that we can tier and still have run vialble divisions, this will be considered.

This tournament is open to Select teams only.  It is not open to House League Teams or AE 1-2 or AE 3-5 or York Simcoe MD teams that carry AE Competitive Hockey  Rosters.


Refund Policy 
Once your team has been accepted there will be no refund unless we do not run your division.

Hotel Policy 

As a term of condition for acceptance into our Tournament , Teams requiring hotels, must stay in one of the Host Hotels as outlined in the Tournament Tab.  Should you have any issues booking with one of the Host Hotels, you must contact our Office ASAP. Acceptance to Tournament is contingent on only using Host Hotels

Payment Options and Tournament Acceptance

1.        Credit Card –  Once payment is completed you will receive a receipt via email

2.        Money Order Certified Cheque – Please note your  team name, level and division on Cheque

Confirmation of Acceptance

Your payment is  NOT your Confirmation of Acceptance.  All teams will receive a separate and distinct email “Confirming Acceptance” into the tournament.
Your registration will automatically be deleted 30 days from date of registration if not paid in full.  You will need to re-register and you will be put on a waiting list.

Teams MUST provide a Hockey Canada Roster & League Travel Permit .  Please forward as soon as available.  We require them in advance of the Tournament to ensure you are a eligible to participate and are placed in the correct division.  Email HCR Roster to [email protected]ONLY Players and Team Officials on approved Hockey Canada Rosters will be permitted to participate. No acceptations will be made.
