The City of Vaughan Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday June 5, 2024 at 6:30pm.
Location of the AGM will be at Vellore Village Community Center Activity Room #4 which is at 1 Villa Royal Ave. Woodbridge Ont. L4H 2Z7.
All members wishing to run for positions on the Executive Board must comply with the procedures set out in the Constitution and By-laws of the CVHA
The deadline for the submission of nominations, Constitution and By-law amendments is Monday May 6, 2024 at 4:30pm. This can be dropped off at the CVHA office or emailed to
[email protected].
The CVHA Constitution requires the current Board of Executives to declare their intention to seek re-election and that the Current Board present to he membership a slate of candidates where a potential opening (s) may exist. This is in no way restricts Association Members interested in running for available positions.
