    U7 & U8 are modified ice.   U9 is FULL ICE
    Due to the size of our tournament we CANNOT work around House League Schedules.  Please ensure you are clear to play all weekend, as we will not be able to adjust schedules to accommodate HL games and will not issue a refund due to house league conflicts.
    Acceptance into the tournament is not based on registration alone. Acceptance will be based on availability of space and completed payment.  If accepted into the tournament you be notified by email. If your team is not accepted into tournament you will be notified by email and a full credit will be issued.
     If you are sending a cheque, make payable to: City of Vaughan Hockey Association 
    Mail it to:City of Hockey Association, PO Box 651, Maple ON, L6A 1S6  Please note your team’s name and age group in the memo portion of the cheque

    Hotel Policy: As a term of condition for acceptance into our Tournament , Teams requiring hotels, must stay in one of the Host Hotels as outlined in the Tournament Tab or email our Office for list.  Should you have any issues booking with one of the Host Hotels, you must contact our Office ASAP. Do not book an alternate hotel. Acceptance to Tournament is contingent on only using Host Hotels.

  1. Teams MUST provide a Hockey Canada Roster & League Travel Permit .  Please forward as soon as available.  We require them in advance of the Tournament to ensure you are a eligible to participate and are placed in the correct division.  Email both documents to [email protected]. ONLY Players and Team Officials on approved Hockey Canada Rosters will be permitted to participate. No acceptations will be made.


    The City of Vaughan Hockey Association/Vaughan Rangers will offer partial refunds of fees paid to any team who withdraws within 35 days of tournament start date. Refunds will be issued based on Tournament Committee replacing the withdrawing team with another team. Should the Tournament Committee find a replacement team, the difference in Entry Fee charged to the replacement team (not to exceed 50%) will be deducted. Should the Tournament Committee not be able to replace the withdrawing team, then the entire fee paid will be withheld. There will be an $75.00 admin fee deducted from all withdrawals. All refunds will be issued by cheque and made payable to the individual who paid the entry fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks after tournament for refund to arrive.
