All teams are required to forward a copy of Permission Form and HCR Roster ASAP.
Participation in the tournament will be restricted to players and team officials who are approved on an Official Hockey Canada Roster. There can be no exceptions.
Update August 10, 2016
For planning purposes please note we will not be playing any games on Thursday night.
All games will be played in the Vaughan Sports Village and Al Pallidini Arena.
Semi Finals and Finals will be played Sunday at the Sports Village.
Managers , please forward completed HCR Rosters and permission forms to [email protected] as soon as available.

Only teams Rostered as AA will be accepted in this tournament.
Teams MUST provide a Hockey Canada Roster & Travel Permit prior to the first game.
1) It is not the practice of the CVHA/Vaughan Rangers to accept teams into a division they are not Rostered to. Example, Only AA Rostered teams will be accepted in the Early Bird Tournament.
2) Out of Town Teams & Hotels: Out of town teams Welcome! Out of Teams are required to use our LOCAL HOST HOTELS. They are listed on the web site below. For final tournament acceptance and scheduling purposes please advise us which hotel your team has booked into. For Early Bird prior to August 1st and for the Select Tournament prior to September 15th, 2015. Hotels will issue to us a booking number for your group. Upon receipt of that booking number schedules will be built and teams will be accepted. For assistance with hotel booking please email [email protected]
