CVHA Season Postponement Options
Submitted By CVHA OFFICE on Thursday, October 8, 2020
All families who had registered for house league hockey for the CVHA 2020-2021 season will have received an email from the office in regards to 1 of 2 options given the GTHL postponing the season till at least January 4, 2021.  Please ensure you chose one of the options as soon as possible.  Please click to read a copy of the email that was sent out which also contains the necessary links.

Dear CVHA Parents,

As per follow up to the email sent on Sunday October 4, regarding the GTHL’s decision to postpone the hockey season until January 2021, the CVHA is moving forward with offering parents’ options regarding their CVHA House League Registration.

The CVHA Board has reviewed several options and have formulated the following plan in respect to refunds and withdrawals.

Option 1 - Carry over Registration until January 2021

Your registration will carry over to January 2021 and we will provide ongoing updates on the status of return-to-play. If the season is canceled, full refunds or credits will be issued to all members. You will not be penalized financially and will receive the full value of your registration fee when the time comes.

To Carry over Registration until January 2021 follow this link and complete the online form.

Option 2 - Refund and Withdraw

If you prefer a full refund and withdrawal at this time, you will receive a refund based on fees paid. You will not be penalized financially and will receive the full value of your registration.  Refund will be issued by cheque.  The cheque will be made payable to the individual who paid for the registration as per our database. Should hockey start up again in January, you would need to re-register at that time.

To receive a REFUND and WITHDRAW follow this link and complete the online form.

We are hopeful for a safe Return to Play opportunity in January 2021, for which we will be providing correspondence and updates to all of our CVHA members, regarding the return of Minor Hockey to Vaughan. We are grateful for your commitment to our community hockey program and thankful for your ongoing support.

Stay Safe, Stay Well.
