Registration fees for all House League players include ice time for practice and game, hockey jersey, socks, insurance, referees & timekeepers, banquet, award & pictures.


Important Facts

 

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Your child is not fully accepted into the program until you have received a Notification of Acceptance email from the CVHA office.
  • CVHA office will start to issue Notification of Acceptance emails after July 17, 2017.
  • Late or defaulted payments, not approved by the CVHA Executive, will result in the cancellation of ALL playing Privileges for the registered player.
  • Vaughan residents will be given priority status when registering for House League
  • Age groups may be combined or separated depending on final registration numbers.

Mites - Tykes Registration fee includes - 2 practices per week as per the Hockey Canada Initiation Cross Ice Program

 

Minor Novice – Bantam Registration fee Includes - 1 game and 1 practice per week.

 

Minor Midget, Midget and Juvenile Registration fee Includes - 1 game per week in a longer season with no scheduled practices. Game lengths are longer than other divisions and only senior referees are used. The cost to the CVHA of running the Minor Midget, Midget and Juvenile programs is equivalent to the cost of the programs offered in the lower divisions.

 

 

Methods of Payments 

You may pay by credit card online or Money order.

 Visa and MasterCard are credit cards accepted.

  

Money Order/Certified Cheque
If you Select Money Order please ensure your money order (or certified cheque) for the full amount is received by the CVHA Office within 10 business days of Registration.  Note: registration rates quoted above will be held for 10 business days only. After 10 days if payment is not received the system automatically adjusts the rate to the current rate of that day.

All Money Order Registrations submitted between July 1, 2017 and July 10,2017 are required to be paid in full by the July 10, 2017 registration fee increase.

 

Wait List

 

Players  registered after July 10, 2017 will be brought into the program sequentially as per registration date as spots become available.

Mites wait list commences August 8, 2017. 

*this does not apply to Goalies, Juveniles or divisions that have to be cancelled due to low registration


 

Family Discounts

 

You will automatically receive a $200.00 discount from the applicable rate at time of registration for each child from the same family registered after the first two children have been registered.

Do not register a player who is NOT from your immediate family in order to obtain the family discount. The player will lose their spot and have to re-register and will be required to pay all associated costs prior to acceptance. 

 

  

Refunds (IMPORTANT)  

 

Refunds will ONLY be given if requested in writing to the CVHA Office no later than October 2nd, 2017.

Refunds for Minor Midgets, Midgets and Juveniles will ONLY be given if requested in writing to the CVHA Office no later than October 31st, 2017.

The following administration fees will be deducted from the original registration fee:
     • A $75.00 administration fee will be deducted from ALL refunds. 
     • $10.00 will also be deducted for credit card registrants.

If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season after October 2nd, 2017, partial refunds may be granted. In these cases the administration fee and $50.00 jersey and sock fee will be deducted from the full amount first. The refund will be based on the number of weeks to the end of the regular season from the date of written request is received in the CVHA Office. (Please Note: Refunds take a minimum of 4-6 weeks)
